In the same it is also specified that, for causes beyond the organiser's control, it is possible that the accommodation, restaurants and services listed therein may be replaced with other hotels and restaurants of the same or higher category; or with other services of the same type, or quality or value. With regard to the right of withdrawal, which is admissible at any time prior to departure; the Programme specifies the costs that must be incurred by the Traveller in order to exercise this right.

That I am in good health and that I have never suffered from any illness that would make participation in the package tour dangerous or harmful to my health or to the health of the other participants, undertaking, should this not be the case, to inform the Organiser immediately, including by email.

Specifically, for the purposes indicated therein, I consent to the processing of my data, in particular for the performance of the contract and the possible subscription to insurance policies (Art. 3, letter b).

The use of photographic and video images taken during the period of the trip for publication on the Organiser's website, Facebook page, Instagram or YouTube or for the creation of printed brochures. I, the undersigned Traveller, confirm that I have no claims in respect of the use of my images and that I waive all rights to them.
